Clicking at 3500-4000 RPM?

Clicking at 3500-4000 RPM?
Has anybody else gotten a clicking noise from around the steering column through those RPMs?
Not sure what could be causing it, but the last couple of things that I did before noticing it were the Black Betty grounding kit and took the car in for the airbag recall.
