I dont think they have ever even had an X come to the shop. Thats probably why they dont know because i've seen one there either and i go there a lot.
If you plan on coming down here, then its good idea to go to their shop and let them put your car on the lift and check and see if it'll fit.
I dont see why it wouldn't work.
If you come to Amplified, i'll give you my number and u can call me when ur here and i'll come check it out too.

Where are you located BTW?
Just west of Minneapolis,,

I had that issue too but the shop loosened up the bolts and readjusted it by tilting the mufflers the right way while the other person tightened it.
Take it to the place you took it too and tell them to adjust it.

Still waiting on Chris from CVR to send me a damn tracking number. They're using a retarded shipping company called DB something (German company). He's telling me the package is waiting to find a booking on a flight (which I don't understand) and supposidly they've just integrated a new tracking system which he says is why I'm having difficulty in getting hold of the tracking number.

The only thing that is making me believe him is because I called DB (shipping company) yesterday and they said that Chris called them and asked for the tracking number, so that kind of made me feel a bit confertable but to be honest I won't trust anyone's word anymore until it arrives here and I open the package and make sure that it is the correct exhaust with all the parts, other than that I'm still concerned about this whole f@uck up

I feel sorry for you, but trying wrapping it with heat wrap, i really can't hear my exhaust at all, only when lowering the windows, it's easier to do it before installing it, i used around 75ft to wrap the whole exhaust (left the x-pipe).

Btw why don't you use Aramex?? much much better, i've been using it since 2004.

If it was up to me I'd be using DHL or even Aramex, but since CVR is taking on the cost of shipping the only company "they have ever used" for international shipping is this company which honestly sucks.

You know since I've waited soo long I think I will go ahead and order this heat wrap, It'll probably arrive well before the exhaust does. BTW what make did you use? and where did you buy the heat wrap? I remember seeing you post it somewhere but I can't find it

I got the 100ft long since the Invidia pipes are long, so when i wrap it i'll see if the 100ft long Thermo-Tec wrap is enough or not, i got brand new 50ft long one here at home somewhere, i just have to dig it out, but i'm planning to use the 100ft long 1st.

You can't go wrong with Aramex, you get a mail box in USA and you can order all your stuff at it, then they'll forward it for you, it's nice, but sometimes shippments get held by the customs and it's PITA to get them, or you can let Aramex do the customs for you, but it'll take 3 days to clear them.

Well yeah I use MYus.com which gives me an address in Florida where I order everything to, they hold my goodies until I tell them to ship it. They consolidate the packages together and send it over via DHL, works better than Aramex imo, but I only say that because the one time I did have to deal with Aramex it was also dealing with HP which was a nightmare. Plus the lady on the phone scared me ****less every time I spoke to her. She sounded like she was 101 years old!! lol

I know this is kind of off topic.. but I've been wondering, does anyone either with a stillen exaust installed on a 2nd gen G, or who has seen/experienced this exhaust set-up first hand have any input on how they feel about it?? I rarely see anyone discuss this set-up which kind of suprises me, given the repuatation that stillen has/had with nissans. is it the cost that's the factor? Just based off of the look of the stillen, i think it's more my style than the other 2nd gen exhaust options. any info on performance/hp, quality, sound??

thanks
