I've just been really enjoying the exhaust you know. Plus i've driven to a few far places in the past month.

 

Just to revive the thread, I'm still waiting for the exhausts to arrive, actually I'm still waiting on the damn tracking number, supposedly I should get it today (I've given up hope)...In the mean time to keep my mind of things my cousin has been kind enough to let me drive his new Evo every few days or so, it's helped with the pain of waiting for this exhaust...Enjoy the Pic.

Sounds like the same list I've been putting together for him. We've decided on AMS Backbox, Test pipes and downpipe. Not sure whether to go for AMS intercooler or something else like HKS. I'm still doing some research for that.

Also as for tunning the car, as you already know we don't have many decent tuners here so I was thinking of getting him the Cobb access port to tune the car, have you got any experience on using Cobb with the Evo? is it any good??

 

I've has some bad experience with cobb.
Im sure their are other piggy backs that are better than cobb for evos.

 

Ok its good you've told me that, now I know to stay away from them. We can try and see how good our tuner here can do the car, he's done a friend's previous Evo and it was ok actually but in the end I think the turbo blew or something lol. I'll see which route to take once everything arrives.

Finally, it's a good thing to hear, btw do you have any kind of intake?
I'll be done with my JWT intakes when i install the Injen CAI (sometime next week or the after), i was thinking since i doesn't know anyone here who would want to buy them, i can send them to you for free by aramex, but i'll tell them the reciever well pay when recieving them, that way you'll pay only for shipping.

Btw i'll be getting Tanabe's coilovers, i placed my order at Amp and they should've charged my credit card for the deposit, i can't wait to get them mid/late August.
