just got the car back from the dealership. they said it was the shifter assembly that was not working and replaced it. i've been driving it and seems that the shifting got better, and the issue has been resolved so far. the manual mode works and i have driven about 60 miles on it so far. so i might have fixed the issue. we will see. keep you guys posted. thanks.

 

Hey any updates with your shifter issues ?

i'm having the same problem but to my luck i shortened my shifter and of course they're going to try to blame it on that.
