In the web site of Samco Sport.
The FAQ states:

Q: Why should I buy silicone hoses?
A: For the best looks and performance it has to be silicone. Silicone hoses operate at much higher temperatures and pressures than other rubbers, they don’t perish, and they look great. If you are tuning your engine and pushing it to its limit, you don’t want your hoses to let you down –that’s why Formula One teams choose SamcoSport.

Actually, I bought it just for the looks...........

So then they use the same hoses for the G35 Sedan, as they do for the G37. Correct?

The offical SamcoSport web site: http://www.samcosport.com/usa/car_ki...?make=Infinity

I bought the Samco kit for G37.
I had queried my local Infiniti dealer about the difference between 07+ G35 sedan and G37 hoses before I bought the Samco hoses.
The dealer answer me they are exact the same.

Thanks...
I was thinking about something different than worm gear clamps.

..I've seen ones that are like a hub & threaded ring.

Not sure how well the Prolock would work on a radiator hose but seems feasible, it looks real nice. The Gates clamp seems to be in wide use with customs:

I like the Prolocks as well. Installing the hoses though seem to be pretty involved as you would have to take off the front bumper it looks like....{scratches head]...right?

You don't need to take the front bumper off to install.

I'm going to have to confess, I've still got these pipes lying around somewhere and I haven't gotten around to installing them yet.

Now that I've also got my trany cooler I might install them both sometime in the near future. If I do I'll post up some pics and instructions. It seems pretty straight forward if you follow the original pipe work and the pics.
