Yes, they are exact fit on 07+ G35 sedan.
No need any modification.
I already had them on my car for few months.

the samco hoses are better for performance and plus they look damn better than the plain ole black OE hoses for cars @ car shows

The inner liner has a lower coefficient of adhesion ,
so the coolant circulates more freely with less turbulence and cools more efficiently.

In theory slicker is better. But in reality with different fluids this may not be true. The reason is that you will have stratification and that fluids also flow upon themselves. That is while you may have an adhesion (boundary) layer on the surface of a rough tube you may actually have a higher flow condition because of it. I have seen this with other fluids and also what is considered a fluid in the way of flow and that was with fuel systems that are liquid and non-liquid. This is something that I think may well apply to intake systems as well (ie a somewhat rough carbon fiber tube, inside).

However flow benefits or no flow benefits I think another benefit is pretty much without doubt and that is a good silicone hose will far outlast most OEM style hoses and yes they look much cooler doing so. They are much more tolerate to temperature, chemistry, and light. This is one mod that is high on my list once I have a few bucks available and the right color is available.
