Grounding kits are used to make the factory grounding wires that are on the car better. It makes the whole electrical system work better and makes the transmission shift quicker if you have a Automatic Transmission. I would go for the Black Betty Grounding Wires, they're better than Stillen. Yep... I'm still happy with mine. +1 on the BB Grounds, very happy with mine as well. Nice little bang for the buck mod for us AT drivers. I'm happy with my BB kit too, it's worth the $88 i paid.

If it doesn't help you, it won't hurt you either, and it's less than $90, beside there is a lot of people said it helps, and only very few said it didn't help and not worth it, maybe people didn't figure out how to use it.
