I'm new to this forum.

I'm wondering has anyone done to replace the 07 G35 Sedan stock exhaust with the one from the coupe? I think the exhaust note from the coupe is perfect. I don't want to go after market. Where can I buy the 07-08 G35 coupe exhaust? How much is it? Should I get it from Dealer?

There's no such thing as 07-08 G35 coupe. There's:
03-07 G35 coupe V35
08+ G37 coupe V36

which one do you mean?

Either way, the underside of the coupe is different so no you can't install the coupe exhaust. If you're looking for a similar sound then HFC's with stock cat back will probably be as close as you can get.

 

i dont really thhink its possible at all...its completly different in size shape and erething

FI exhaust sounds great too!
