Question Help on getting new battery, spark plugs

Hey, i've owned my G for 2 years, so i'm thinking about changing my OEM battery and get Optima battery, so what would you recommend? yellow top or red top, what's the difference?

Also i'm going to change my spark plugs, is there any spark plugs thats better than OEM ones? i couldn't find NGK spark plugs.

Also i'll remove my fuel injectors and do some ultra sonic cleaning for them on Bosch fuel injector cleaner machine.

Any tips or help is welcome, thanks.

I would go with yellow top as it is easily rechargeable if dead, while once the red one dies thats it.

As for spark plugs you dont need to change them, as is our cars come with iridium plugs i believe which are great and can last upto 100k.

Cleaning the fuel injectors is always good but not necessary at low mileages. btw whats your mileage? I would recommend cleaning out the TB as well as per the DIY and that should do it for your clean up.

I used my car for 2 years, it got 50,000k/m on the odometer, so i thought cleaning the injectors, changing the battery and spark plugs.

The red top in my old car is still there, after 7 years, no problems.

As for spark plugs, i'd go with OEM.

Change the battery if you want but I wouldn't do the spark plugs or the injectors. That is way to early to do them and if it ain't broke, I don't fix it!

I've been trying to decide on what battery to go with also; I think I've decided to go with on a yellow top. The previous yellow tops that I've owned served me well, even though I used them in car audio competitions.
