Will this work? I have a call into Tony, but thought I would ask you guys too. The 08 I have is a journey and the 2011 will be a journey with the sport package.

I don't see why it shouldn't. The 2010+ models have a slightly different bumper design but the exhaust tip location is the same. Exhaust mounting points appear to be the same as well. Check online catalogs to see if the exhaust parts share the same part number.
