Can someone give me an average price from previous experiences on how much it would cost to install some HFC's by a shop

Because I dont wanna get ripped off

I've already installed my HKS Exhaust but I dont wanna mess with the Sensors

I payed $187 or somewhere right around there to have both my headers and high flow catalytic converters installed not too long ago. $170 is a ripoff. The job shouldn't take more than an hour of labor, at about $70 an hour normal. No materials provided on their end. I'd say anything over $100 is overpaying.

Just my $.02 though.

Honestly you could do this in your driveway was two jackstands and handtools. I planned on installing my cats myself, but I was doing the headers at the same time. After looking at the space available for that install, I knew I was paying to have those put in. When they quoted me ~$180 for headers and cats I decided to let them do it all.

If you're dead set on having someone else install, find yourself a nice little mom and pop mechanic shop and ask them for a quote. They'll give you a great price normally, and a cat install is hard to mess up.

There's not a whole lot to it. The Berks won't foul your sensors to start with. You're dealing with I think 6 bolts total on each side. The sensors unplug from the harness so you don't have to worry about twisting the wires when removing. And to add to that, they're pretty stout. You can handle them, remove/install, without hurting them.

But that's completely up to you. Like I said, it's not more than about an hour of labor, and I've never seen labor at a shop go above about $70 an hour. Being they're not providing any materials, you should be under $100 easy for this install to be done professionally.
