SES light: P0420 code

SES light: P0420 code
I have a SES light: the error code on the scanner says P0420
I dont have test pipes or HFC. I do have an Invidia cat back exhaust system tho.
How could I go about getting rid of this light? I already tried erasing it and it comes back after about 100 miles
