Inside our throttle bodies

I posted this elsewhere looking for help with my crazy idle after throttle body cleaning but to no avail and still working on it but here's some quick pics of inside our throttle bodies held together by 4 rivets easily drilled out. Pretty cool stuff.

Yes we have a drive by wire system, wondering why you took off those plastic covers? was it just to show us all? there is a idle relearn procedure your gonna have to do. I have not done mine yet,, (cleaned TB's) or you might have to go back to dealer.....

Why in the hell would you drill open the TB?

If you had done a little research here, you would find out that the ECM must "re-learn" the TB control after you have unplugged the TB and then TURNED ON THE KEY. If you do not turn the key on, there is no problem.

So look around and find the re-learn procedure.

If you would read instead of getting on here to bash people you would see the first line of my post was saying this was to do with another post of mine I just had up. You don't think I would try a pedal re-learn procedure before drilling apart my throttle bodies? Are you mentally challenged? I had it to the dealership and their $5000 computer couldn't reset the ECU idle THIS POST WAS JUST FOR PEOPLE CURIOUS ABOUT THE INSIDE OF OUR THROTTLE BODIES. Jesus some people are stupid. To everyone else that has been extremely helpful in my other thread thanks again.

This does not make it very clear, you had done anything other than drill it out to look at it. You don't post a link to your other thread, you just say "posted elsewhere". You don't state that you tried the re-learn or not. How were we to know that this was just a progression of your repair? There are a lot of newbs out there that would jump into something like this without getting some info.

Before you jump up someones *** and call them dumb, make it clear what you are doing.

dumbass

How can I be clearer for you then saying here's some quick pics. I was just providing pics if anyone was curious. I didn't even ask for help or talk about the re-learn and you come saying why the hell did you do this, do some research before you do that etc.

Does our system have air idle control valves or is idle completely done with the throttle body?
