CV boot / axle?

Man I searched up and down and didn't have any luck regarding what to do for a ripped CV/axle boot? When I changed my springs my whole front passenger side axle separated because the inner boot is completely torn apart...do I have to replace the entire axle or is there a replacement boot I can get? What have you guys done and what's your experience??

You can change just the boot IF dirt hasn't gotten into the bearings. If it's been ripped for awhile, you might as well get two rebuilt units. If one has ripped, the other will go soon. (been there).
