Does anyone know how to remove rear deck(shelf)?

Does anyone know how to remove rear deck(shelf)?

I know I have to take out rear seats. Can anyone explain how to remove rear seats and rear shelf?
Driver side's rear shelf is loose and making plastic moving noise. I want to reinstall it. Can anyone help me?

Take it to the dealer?
