supercharger?

has anyone heard or know if a super charger for a 350Z would work on our cars?

its not out in U.S for sure... wish i knew how to speak japanese so i can call nissan and complain!!!! BUT i would rather wait till greddy or someone to come out with twin turbo kit. i would sell my kidney for twin turbo anyday!!
