Angry NEED HELP! Lemon law question

My 07 G35 sedan has a annoying defect! the trunk lid is not installed right or it just might be a defect that is unfixable. The lid is so mis-aligned that it hits the bumper and scratches it, along with scratching the lid. I'm afraid that rust may start for appear since the scratches are so bad that the paint is removed. I have taken it once to infiniti already and all they did was touch up the trunk lid with some cheap paint and they didnt even touch the scratched bumper. A week later their cheap paint scratched off again because they weren't able to fix the trunk. To be quite honest I have been upset with infiniti lately and im disappointed with the 07 sedan. I have the journey model and I would love to get out of this car. I loved my old g35 coupe and I guess i just miss having a more sporty smaller car. I was wondering if this is a significant enough defect to claim it a "lemon". I know i need to take it in 2 more times but I'd just like to see what everyone thinks. The car also has other problems. At high speeds (70mph+) the car doesn't handle well. it pulls a little and makes howling noises! Also the back left tire(some part of the suspension) makes a loud click noise whenever i go over speedbumps, small holes, rough surfaces, any bump really. These are only the more serious problems i have with the car! If i could lemon law it i would be very happy. Please give your opinion if u think its possible or what you think i should do.(lemon law states that any vehicle qualifies but the defect "must substantially impair the use, VALUE or saftey of the vehicle." I believe it sunstantially devalues the car. The bumper has larges scratches and so does lid with potential rust.... HELP!?!?!???

Here are some pictures of the trunk lid and rear bumper damages....(scroll down a little)

If you really want to lemon it
I say take it few more times to the dealer, but don't be pissed or anything. Don't let them think that you want to try to lemon it cuz of that. have them just do a sh!tty repair like they did before and do it again once it comes back.

After you got your self a good number of visits........try to lemon it.

Every state has different lemon laws. Your profile doesn't say where you live, so pick your state out of the list.

Good luck getting the car lemon lawed for that paint issue. It sounds like you just don't want the car anymore for other reasons but you can't get the money out of the sedan to move on to another car.
