13.8 @ 102mph

I just got back from a local track. On my 4th or 5th run I got a decent launch (spun, bogged pedaling it, but got out ok-ish)

no spare or tools, no mufflers, ~2.5 gallons of gas in the 20gal. tank.

There's a ton of improvement to be made on the launch, probably another 2 tenths worth in the 1/4. Between the motor loosening up a bit (1004 miles as I pulled into the track) and learning to launch better (or getting stickier tires) I'd say a 13.5 @ ~103mph should be possible.

arent you supposed to wait at least 1200 miles and an oil change before you beat the **** out of the engine?

There are different theories on motor break in. The car is fine and ready to run... and run strong.

The conditions for my dyno were almost identical.

the DA was a bit higher at 2,100 ft. and the Relative Density was ~94%

I say with stickier tires, a 2.0 60ft, and good shifts, this car is capable of a 13.3-13.4

I think I might need a bit better than a 2.0 60' to dip that low... but who knows.. the 2.098 60' I had didn't feel too great, so even if the 60' stays around the same I might be able to improve on my E.T. just by launching better overall. As far as shifting... as soon as I hit 4th and passed the traps I knew it would be in the 13's just based on how well I hit the gears, so I don't know how much improvement can be made there. I'm sure after having the car for a longer period of time I could improve just based on increased comfort w/ shifting quickly.

Overall I'm really happy with the car's stock performance. It's amazing a stock luxury sedan can hit a high 13 sec. 1/4 mile at over 100mph.

I agree on the engine break in. That's a really good number. When you say no mufflers..You mean you took them off from the back part or from the engine?
