I believe the track he runs at is Kansas City International Raceway which is the same one I run at. It's a much better track than it was 5 years ago, but we're limited in Kansas City by the conditions. They're not horrible, but we just don't see the types of atmospheric conditions some others see on their sea level and coastal tracks. On a track out in the Northeast, his G would probably go 13.5-13.6s@103mph fairly easily. Every once in a while we get some really good conditions (near sea level air) for racing in Kansas City, but this Fall has been really warm.
