Smile For all Fujita owners, heat problem no more

Hi guys, i came across this heat sleeve, but i don't know what's the diameter for the pipes or which one to order :

My friend installed it on his Injen CAI for 350z and he was happy with it.

Just get header wrap or any kind of heat resistant wrap and wrap your air intake with it....a lot of people have done this and have been happy with it.

The air doesn't get hot in the fraction of a second it passes through the aluminum pipe.... It gets hot from sucking in air from the engine bay. The 'heat wrap' will do nothing. Maybe if you wrapped the entire engine and exhaust in it, it might have an effect.

That would make your engine bay look gross. I agree with Cali G, but for piece of mind I would say a cold pipe could put down another pony compared to a hot pipe. In this case the pipes are so short so maybe not, but on a longer one I am sure.
