The rear lip is easy. (This is for non - backup cameras. I dunno if it makes a difference with the backup camera)
1. Open the trunk.
2. Pry off the Emergency trunk release and slide it back through the hole.
3. Take the Clips off of the trunk lid liner with a flat head screw driver. The two big clips come off by turning the round thing and just pulling them out. Also take the little handle cubby thing on the trunk liner.
4. Remove the trunk lid liner.
5. Undo the small silver bolts that are holding the lip to the trunk. There should be 4 of them.
6. Unclip the trunk release wire. Push the rubber grommet through the hole outside for the trunk release wire.
7. At this point, the only thing holding the chrome lip should be 2 clips on each side.
8. Pull on the lip and it should come right off.

Do everything in reverse order to put it back on.

I had a 2003.5 and there was a lady in So Cal that did black chrome badges and (I think) a grill also. The badges looked real sharp on the white. I've got an 08 LP now.Wish I remembered how to get in touch with her.
