Fender Liner Removal
I pulled my front tire off to see what it takes to remove of the aft fender liner. There are about 6 plastic "fastners" that I am not familiar with that hold the liner in place. Does anyone know if they are re-useable? If so, how are they removed? I didn't want to just rip them out if they are not re-useable until I have replacements in hand.
I looked through the FSM and only found the exploded view picture with out any instructions.
TIA

are you talking about "fastners" that hold #5 and #6??
i took out the fastners from #5 area to change my corner light and didnt have any problem. i think i used flat head to pop it out. hope that helps...
use a narrow flathead screwdriver to pop up the center insert (you do not have to pull the insert all the way out). once you pop up the center insert shaft, you can use your fingers to pull out the entire fastener. it is reuseable.

Yup ... I'm trying to pull out item 6 so I can see if there is a harness back there for fender marker lights.
