tool for removing interior lighting fixtures....

is there a particular tool? or do they just pop off? Would the headliner need to be removed in my 07 g35 (map lights lights, on passenger and driver doors, and lights in rear seating area on the roof) If any would could point out where they actually "snap" into place I'd appreciate it. I'm replacing all interior lights with LED's from V-leds.com tomorrow

I believe they all can be "popped" out with a flathead screwdriver. There is a DIY somewhere.

Read the manual - flathead screwdriver with a cloth to prevent scratches.

+1 on cloth...and just go slowly. More than scratches you'll create little dents from where you pry with the screwdriver.

I actually used a small putty knife, I felt that because it was wider it wouldn't put as much pressure on a single point and create indentations. Worked for me...
