Can you help me with this problem please?

 

Are we talking about the airbag light, or the passenger airbag light?

If it's the airbag light in the instrument cluster, you need to have this checked, as something is wrong.


If it's the passenger airbag light, do you have something sitting in the passenger seat?
If it's not heavy enough, the car thinks there is a child in the seat and turns the airbag off.
Take everything off the passenger seat and see if the light goies out.

 

i'm so glad i found this post. my passenger airbag light kept flicking on yesterday, and i was close to calling the dealer about it.

I had my backpack on the passenger seat and i guess that probably weighs about as much as a small baby, or a large turkey

there have been many threads on the subject of the passenger airbag. So far the solution is to go to the dealership and have them adjust the weight sensor that triggers it...i think they set it at < 100 lbs

 

HAHA... i had my cousin (38 yrs old) and he was so light that the light came on... lol...

Man that guys needs to get some weight on him.
