1 or 2?

I'mma go ahead and buy my JL amp this week...I have 2 12W3V3 (2 ohm) subs in my room. I can't decide on whether or not I should use 1 or 2 subs. If i use 1sub I will have to buy a 250/1v2, but if I go the 2 sub route I will need to buy a 500/1...what do you guys think?

is 250rms watts enough or do i need 500?

and not to be mean, but don't say "it depends on how much bass you want"...what would YOU do if you were in my position. thanks

I think that unless you upgrade the rest of the system and add some serious and high range speakers, 2 subs will be way too much and overpower the rest of the SOW.

I am about to go with 1 10w3v3 at 250w rms. If you decide to do 2 then I would recommend 500-600w rms.

i have 1 10w3v3 and it compliments the factory system well. i actually have to keep the sub turned to about half volume or else it over powers the rest of the system.

2 subs only seems to rattle the crap out of the trunk.
