Just ordered and 08 G35 X Sport and want to swap the rims.

May I ask why you have decided on a 7.5 wheel?

I went with 19x8.5 and they're working out very well on my X.

 

Just out of curiosity.....what wheels are ya lookin' at?

 

18 inch and 7.5.Isn't that right.

These are the wheels but service at dealer is saying they don't fit. I'm not sure why.

 

could be the offset.....I wouldn't think 3mm would make a hell of a lot of difference, but your difference is going toward the calipers so it might possibly cause a problem
