Driver Side Power Window Auto-Up Not Working

Do you guys think its worth while pursuing lemon law since Infiniti has been un-succesful in permanently fixing the problem after 5 repair attempts?

Do it and get a G37 Sedan =)

You aren't disconnecting your battery at all for any reason are you? That would be the only thing I can think of that is causing the auto up to stop working.

Nope have'nt disconnected the battery. So far the dealer has replaced the motor twice, the switch, and the window regulator.

i remember responding to your thread a few months back when i was having the same issue...does it rain a lot where you live? i've noticed my window has problems going up auto-wise the day after it rains...i'm not sure if its from the extra residue on the windows or what...but it's been sunny here in ga for a while until a few days ago and ive had that problem arise again...only thing i can tell you that might help out is try waxing your windows. not sure if you have window tint, and if you do i wouldn't wax the inside but just do a good wash...try this out and let us know what happens

If they wanted to keep replacing it under warranty ad nauseum and continue putting me in a loaner to put miles on instead of my own vehicle, I don't think i'd mind as long as they promised not to wash my car and put more swirls in it.

Well no rain here, just dry weather. The local dealership that I bought the car from does'nt want to deal with the issue anymore because I reported it to corporate and the service manager was offended it seems. Im frusterated, because when I went there today, the service manager ignored me as if I was'nt even there.

write the better business bureau, I've had great success there. Most companies have an office at the top that handles complaints from the BBB.

In the meanwhile, take the loaner on a road trip. Put a few thousand miles on it. Do some burnouts. See if you can find the speed limiter. It will make you feel better for a couple of days.

I got so frusterated with no one at the dealership willing to help me get my car checked in for the repair, I just left. I think I will pursue the better business bureau.

I also had that problem but it was gone after resetting about 3 times (pull and hold the switch for 3s). Now I have that issue with the rear driver side window. I tried to reset it for 10 times but it still doesn't work.
One funny thing about customer care department is that they promised me a free oil change service after I finish their survey. I submitted my survey about 6 weeks ago and I still got nothing back, not even a phone call nor email.
