Remote starter for 07 G35

Does anybody here have remote start on your G35? I heard that Viper remote starter/alarm systems are very good. I want to hear some feedbacks on remote starter from you guys.
If you installed it by yourself, can you share with us your experience?

i have it with viper 5701 pretty cool and nice, kinda self install but with help of a professional installer so, cant help too much.... but you do need the DEI key proximity module and an extra key FOB for this to work, no way around it.

KoolYar, how much did it cost to install it by yourself? And how much to have a shop to install it?

the shop was asking $400 without parts of course, (not bad at all for push button, considering what a PITA install it was and it took us 3 days because it was hard to figure out the wiring which i was told is very different from previous gen's so had to wait for a proper diagram... and a day to get the new DEi proximity key module 1101 i think) Also this included installation for tilt sensor, proximity sensor and remote window up/down....

At the end i was eager to learn(though i would never try this on my own without someone professional watching me) and my friend wanted to make some side money so i paid my friend $150(excluding parts) plus my help

My dealer installs them and it uses the OEM fob for starting the car (Double click the lock button)
The issue is that it's a $750 install. :-(
