OEM Air filters & in-cabin filters

I was just wondering and wanted to see if anyone can help me out w/ this..

Can anyone confirm what the recommended duration of time for changing your OEM air filters and also the in-cabin filters in our G? (I know it's in the manual somewhere but my manual's in the trunk and I'm lazy )

BTW I've got about 15k mi. on my 08 G and still using the original filters currently.

Thanks in advance.

40,000kms for the air filters.

we have some nasty sandstorms and dust here so i replaced mine at 20,000kms.
