How often should you replace your wipers on your car? Thanks.

 

I hate to state the obvious, but....when they need it? It's usually pretty easy to tell the wipers aren't cleaning well, as the smear. Also, I occasionally inspect the blades for any tearing.

If you don't drive in the rain much, you can go years before replacing them. If you drive in the rain a lot, you may need to replace them several times a year.

 

Thanks for the info, that's what I thought. I live in Florida, so I might have to replace them twice a year.

 

Strangely enough, my wipers after over 3 years are still working great. I would of figured that after over 3 years using them during rain, snow, freezing rain, etc that the stock wipers would of needed replaced by now. I've been rather surprised actually.
