Angry *****got car back from autobody shop and now it wont start after bring it home!!*****

hey guys so my car is back from the autobody shop and it looks great from the outside but i noticed two issues: 1st on my drive home I was in DS mode and i punched the gas and it just reved the engine as if it was in P or in Neutral and I was doing 65 on the free way. I then went back to D and it went did the same thing and then the AT warning sign flashed for a few second and turned off and then the tranny went back to normal.
Second issue: I brought the car back home and parked it in my parking garage which is four floors underground and the car wont start. All the accessories turn on but the amber "Key" light comes on in the cluster panel as a warning sign. I read in the manual and it says that it could be a key malfunction. So now my car is parallel parked between two poles 4 floors below ground and i need to tow it to infiniti! WTF DO I DO!? has any one had this problem or know if I am doing anything wrong? or any simple thing i could do to turn the car on atleast so I can at least get it on to drive it to infiniti?! please help!!!

god this is such a pain in the a$$.

On the second issue, mine did that and other weird things when the battery was going out. I even replaced the key battery but then it occured to me that the car does weird electrical things when the battery is giving it up. At times, even though the engine wasn't on, I couldn't turn the accessories off.

I would think they are both related..... the people at the autobody place probably left the lights on or something and killed the battery.

Or the ground is loose.

have someone try to start the motor and have a multimeter on the battery. see how much voltage drop there is.

hell you could just try and jump it.

Can't you call the dealers to tow your car back on the dealers expense since they messed up?

you think jumping it will work? or a new battery? i would tow it and get a loaner from the dealer but the issue is that its parked in a parking garage 4 floors below ground and its parallel parked between two poles. hence i'd rather be able to jump it or new battery cuz it would be much easier to deal with.

for the second issue, try putting in a new battery into the remote and then plug in the i-key into the keyhole on the left hand side of the steering and try. If it still doesnt work then try jump starting the car, but only try once if the key light remains on, in which case its a bigger issue.

there was a wire in the wiring harness that was spliced (they replaced the wiring harness from the wire). so it was a pretty simple fix.
