You can find it all in the free Owner's Manual that's available here:

(you do have to register before you can download it)

^ thats a good site to register at for all future reference. but fyi from what i remember you need to first adjust everything(seat, mirrors, steering etc), then press and hold the 'SET' button until the '1' and '2' buttons led light up then let go of the SET button and simply press either button(1 or 2) where you want to save your settings.

im pretty sure this is how its done but its been a few years since i last did it

Here is copy/paste from the owners manual:

3. Adjust the driver's seat, steering
column and outside mirrors to the desired
positions by manually operating
each adjusting switch.
4. Push the SET switch and, within 5 seconds,
push the memory switch (1 or 2)
fully for at least 1 second.
The indicator light for the pushed
memory switch will stay on for approximately
5 seconds after pushing
the switch.
If memory is stored in the same
memory switch, the previous memory
will be deleted.
For manual transmission models, the
memory positions can be stored even
when the engine is running. In this case,
move the shift lever to the N (Neutral) position
and apply the parking brake. Then,
repeat steps 2 through 4.

kind of off-topic, but once in a blue moon I find the settings stored in memory a little bit off... that is after repeated recalls. It doesn't bother me alot, but it's kind of noticeable.
