Press and hold unlock - Windows doesn't open

Press and hold unlock - Windows doesn't open
I've been reading that press and hold unlock on the remote will open all the windows. It doesn't happen to mine. Is there anything I can check?

Yes, mine has the one touch and have premium package.

Try reprogramming the fob, might have been done incorrectly and not all functions were enabled.
I screwed up on my fob programming the first time and my trunk release wasn't working.
