I had mine done by a pro.
I do a LOT of my own work; JMO, but this is def. not something I would attempt.

On mine they did the roof 1st, then did the fin separately.

IMO, if you don't have the sharkfin, you could probably DIY this with a friend to help. The sharkfin's complex curves/angles make it a job for a pro
