Does anyone know how to take off the large plastic trim on the back of a Sport front seat? The plate with the pocket/net?

This headrest rattle is driving me CRAZY! I think something in the active headrests could use a little padding.

I've given it a good pull to see if it would snap off, but I dont want to break anything. i can't see any screws. Might just be really strong snapping clips. I'm not even sure this will give me access to the inside of the seat back.
