Umm, your 02 Maxima had reflectors designed to use HID bulbs, your current fog/drl do not! They are designed for a halogen bulb with a particular focal point. Xenon/Hid burners are a different animal completely.....

what do you need to remove the access the back of the headlight housing so that you can install this and change the parking lights. I just had the hood up and felt around...it was kinda tight

thanks

all you have to do is remove the intakes, if you have the stock air boxes, and squeeze in there. very simple.

This is irrelevant to the thread but is there anyone who could provide me a picture with hid 3k fogs or 8ks? Its hard to visualize how they would look due to the fact that they are integrated to our headlights... Thanks. For the fitment of the ballast underneath the rubbing lining. Would anyone recommend getting a slim ballast vs a normal one?

@Feeelax
You can search the forums for images to compare. I have this same set up (6000K Philips bulbs in the headlights, and 3000K fogs) and I like the look. First two images are OEM headlight bulbs with 3000K fogs, and the last one are 8000K headlight bulbs with 3000K fogs.

Here is the link to the thread I pulled the images from: https://g35driver.com/forums/v36-int...foglights.html

Hope that helps.

Brand. I couldn't resist ordering two sets of 6ks along with led rear run signals from Ddm tuning . Has anyone had bad/good experience with them..and is there a DIY or guide around here for the hid install for our v36 sedans?
