mounting HID ballast

I mounted the HID ballast for my 3k fog lights in the fender behind the rubber trim. I left a little red wire showing so you guys know where the ballast is.

the fender trim is rubber and can be lifted my hand to expose 2 10mm bolts.i would only go yellow 3k HID , bcaus anything else you will get high beamed.
