IIRC with the Autokits-x valence, you still need to drill at the bottom too.

The auto-x valence does not require drilling. It reuses the two clip openings on the bottom of the bumper.

Thanks for the correct info. I don't think drilling is really an issue since it will be drilled at the bottom where you cannot see unless you are pretty much under the car.

I need to save up for this thing.

Does it sit flush with the rear bumper? From the pictures it looks like it sticks out a little bit...

it does sit well in person with the bumper. This rear diffuser goes just a bit higher than the auto-x one and does not just follow the OEM body line of our rear bumpers.

yeah I believe shipping is included. You can always call up and speak with them in regards to the shipping charge.


someone had questions how it is installed.

BlacktopAero utilized the OEM top license plate screw to keep it in place. Also use heavy duty double sided tape (not included) which I got from my body shop. I then also screwed in 6 holes underneath the rear bumper which you can't see. It is also predrilled into the carbon fiber diffuser.

i think you need an aggressive setup to rock this. i also have yet to see it on any other G.

wish they would respond to emails...been trying to get info on the kenstyle replica rear spats.
