So basically you can't turn the fogs off unless you turn everything off?

The wiring. Cause it seems like there's two separate power sources for the fogs, seems like there's no way to have fogs off without turning all the lights off.

The fog light switch is disable!! I probably get one of those KP modules. I hate having my Fog Lights on with my Head Lights. Too much going on!

Yes, I am using the KP module - but did not install it myself (installer threw the installation for free when installing my audio gateway), so it is in fact compatible with 2nd gen G. The fogs are always on (true DRLs) and turn off only when the headlights / or parking lights are on. You can still turn the fogs on when the headlights or parking lights are on with the fog light switch. Others have done it too... it's not an easy install though.

I am going to try to tackle this when I have some time. Does anyone know where the fog light relay is? I might have a much easier and cheaper solution.

Can't get cheaper than this!! All you need is electric tape. I wouldn't have my headlights on all the time!!!
