I ran over something on the highway this morning - which bent the lower part of the bumper. Does this look like it can be bent back?

So far, I don't think it hit anything else under the car - I will take it to the dealer to confirm.

I'm pretty sure you can improve the general deformity of the area, but I doubt you'll ever get rid of the tighter crease lines. Any reputable body shop will most likely advocate replacement. Sorry.

 

Get a hair dryer and warm up the area, then push it out from behind. It'll pop right back out, but the crease will remain. The dent is far too sharp to pop out without issues.
