I'm pretty sure you can improve the general deformity of the area, but I doubt you'll ever get rid of the tighter crease lines. Any reputable body shop will most likely advocate replacement. Sorry.
Get a hair dryer and warm up the area, then push it out from behind. It'll pop right back out, but the crease will remain. The dent is far too sharp to pop out without issues.
