LED License Plate Bulbs Don't Turn On

Swapped my license plate light bulbs out for some white 5k LED bulbs from v-led. Turned on my lights and the led bulbs won't turn on. All other lights come on just fine.

Based on my research, I needed the 194 bulb. Didn't have time to switch back to my OEM bulbs to see if those still work (I.e. blown fuse) but I will tomorrow. These should be plug and play, right?

Bought these...

You probably put them in backwards. They do only go in one way. Hopefully there is no damage done to them, remove and rotate that should work. I have those same bulbs in my car, no issues. just leave your lights on and try one way if no light flip and try again. Since u left them in and probably drove with your lights on depending on how long they may have burned up. hopefully not. G/L let us know if it works.

You guys hit it on the money. Switched em around this morning and they work now. Didn't know they have to be put in a certain way. Thanks!
