Quick Question (Halo's)

I have an 07 G35 SEDAN, and I was wondering what should the size of the halo be on the outside of the shroud , 80mm or 90mm ? (i.e. how large is the ring on the outside of the shroud)

Don't do it. Heat is the enemy of all LEDs. Inside the headlight, there is no ventilation. No cooling. Your aftermarket LEDs will burn out eventually and it is a royal pain to open them up again. Paint the shrouds back and at some DRL LEDs if you want some bling.

Thats a good point and I don't want to go through the hassle of opening them up again ... I think i'll just stick with doing:
Flat black housing
Color matched projector and parking light shrouds
Sti-R clear lense swap

What do you think of the LEDs?

Not my style. I did install DRL LEDs in the fake vents of the bumper, cause I do like bling though :-).

Also, as for the STi lenses... really this is something only you will notice. And only in certain situations like in front of garage. Sharp cutoff, uniform colors? Not worth the money in my opinion. I don't know if you read the horror stories about trying to get the screws loose...

Yeah heard about those stories ...but any way your words of wisdom have got me thinking and I'm just gonna go with painting the headlight flat black and colour matching the two shrouds
