so I just burned a good 30 miles by going down to import trenz and they didn't even speak to me properly pretty much gave me the cold shoulder and no update on mine or anyone elses kits.. Sorry guys wish I could have been of more use.

K i played Mr Detective and looked up Eric's recent activity and it seems, he left a message yesterday on G sightings about someone losing control of their IP G35. the time was 5:30AM!!! and he is only an hour difference from where i live. That shows how busy he is oR OR OR OR ....

eric got drunk really fast

by 11 everyone was K.O. done

UPDATE
I got my CS rear that was supposed to ship on 4/23.. (by the shipping slip, it shipped on 4/29, but I'm not trippin on that..)
However that's ALL I got.. I didn't recieve my painted modded K2 Front, nor my painted Impul sides.. They were supposedly done previous to my CS rear even being ordered.. The whole point for me waiting since Feb was to receive it all together and save on shipping cost. Now I'm sitting w/ a rear bumper that needs to be painted and can't get in contact w/ him on the other parts...

Import trenz is not Eric so I guess they really dont care much whether they **** you off or not.... I guess we'll see what happens I'll give Eric the benefit of the doubt and wait a few more weeks...
I just wanted to comment on customer service. I am sorry, but certain businesses will never rely on Customer service. Mom and pop businesses maybe, like Fred's corner store, but lets say Walmart. You shop there for price not customer service. example #1
Ok second example walk into a Ferrari dealer and expect great customer service.....the product is what sells itself to the elite they pay for it or get out...sorry no customer service there. Bring it back for service and they are not going to wine and dine you pay the bill or don't own one.
Mercedes can be another example of this that we can relate to....
And to add another since the economy is on most peoples minds, check out Costco we shop to save money not for customer service. If I want customer service I might go to the local store to see a cashier with a smile, but nope I am waiting in line at Costco to save a buck.....
As for our example I feel we shop with Klum for two reasons:
1. He makes a great product, that is custom somewhat one of a kind for us.
2. And price, his prices are great, he is inexpensive for what he provides.
Customer service is not an issue I am sorry to say, if I want one of Klums items I am going to have to wait in line and pay the price he asks or not get one at all....

I do NOT agree....Customer service his never been an issue for me at high end dealerships...So the point you are trying to make does not wash with me.
Customer service must be top notch when dealing with me. I pay you....product is later arriving.....I call you to find out whats up.....someone better answer the phone....its that simple.
Dont take my money if your customer service sucks.....

Sorry, but walmart does not have customer service and I think they still will be in business for years to come.....
I have one last example since I run my own business....
In Real Estate I provide great customer service becuase I work off referrals, friends, and do very little advertising now. So each client most likely is a referral. I treat them very well because I have done business with family, friends, etc.
BUT the bigger companies, large advertising agents that spend money have several clients(selling 10 plus homes a month to my 2 a month) If a client becomes difficult they move on, if you have a pool of 75 clients customer service is going to lack and you know who most likely will still be in business....the large advertising agents that sell 10 plus homes a month that care less about customer service. Just telling you how it is in my business.
I care about customer service, but one day I will transition to the bigger company motto because they are the agents driving the Ferrari's in Scottsdale while I drive my G35....
Just my take on things....
To get back with the thread I hope he contacts you in regards to your order, I had no problems in the past.

...Your attempt to make excuses for bad customer service is not working man...give it up. So I guess people should expect bad customer service when they walk into Neiman marcus, Gucci and Prada...
Thats crazy.I have done business with Eric before...and I had no issue with customer service then....Something may have happened to him..he may be ill. Being busy is never an excuse for bad customer service....never....If you are too busy...hire someone.
