BAUSAUTO positive REVIEW

Hey everyone,

So I just wanted to share my experience I had with BAUSAUTO

So around the beginning of December I made a purchase for a Hikkata Dori front bumper and some fiberglass ducts.

Made the purchase
Got the receipt
But didn't get a tracking number

I thought okay that is fine, i'll just call and get it later

Call BAUSAUTO, and they were pretty helpful told me I will get emailed my tracking number and my bumper should be at my place ACTUALLY in a few days.

Long story short, I didn't get my bumper

Then I gave a few more days,
then a few more
then I called after new years, REALLY concerned for my bumper and just to double check I DID NOT GET MY MONEY STOLEN

NOW here is the funny story,
Due to the holidays the mailing service was all in wack and apparently my Bumper got damaged during shipping and they tried to return it to BAUSAUTO but since it was the holidays, nobody was home.

This is were I really appreciate BAUSAUTO, and feel they took care of the situation really well

They found out the shipping problem for me and informed me a BRAND NEW bumper will be sent over night and i will get it in 1 day

Then I got a personal call from the shipping company in the morning saying he was almost there to my house and I was like WOW no need to stay at home all day for my package, they called me to let me know they were almost there. NICE SERVICE.

GOT THE PACKAGE and the BUMPER LOOK SWEEEEET

I GOT TO SAY POLY all the way and no more fiberglass for me.

That's some DAMN good customer service! Anyone can package something up and send it out, but a real company responds well to mistakes!

Nice to see the service you got from them.

If I ever decide to get a Dori trunk, it would be through them....

wow didnt know I had a review =)

Thanks. Yeah shipping over the holidays well the package was damaged so the carrier returned it back to us but we werent open to receive the package =( Long story short we next day-ed the front bumper to him =)

Wow. Nice work Eric! Keep up the good work- the forum desperately needs someone who will step up like this and simply work with people and ensure they get what they paid for. Sounds like the op got what they paid for and a little bit more.

man, these guys are fast. i order my impul side on it Friday(3/16) and got it today(Thursday 3/22) great service and great everything. thx guys
