Just wanted to give my feedback on a recent order with THMotorsports.

I ordered multiple suspension items, some of which came from the respected manufacturers. THMotorsports sent me a tracking number for every separate box that was coming to my house. Every item was received in 3-4 days, even from companies in Cali. My dumb a$$ didn't pay attention that my camber arms came as "each" and not as a pair (the website clearly says this...). Having an appointment setup for my alignment on Saturday, I ordered a second arm Wednesday, well after business hours and paid extra for two day shipping. Friday morning it was on my door step with a UPS label for overnight shipping. Most companies will take their time processing an order, so two day shipping means two days after they get it out the damn door. Not the case from this company, they made sure it was on my door step two days after I ordered it. Its this kind of customer service that I look for and I am happy to say that if they carry the item I need, it WILL be coming from them. They also have a price match guarantee, which I didn't have to use this go around considering they were matched with the lowest price I could find already.

THMotorsports is one of the best and quickest shipping companies i know of. I remember i ordered HKS muffler from them back in 08 it got to my door so quick i was shocked haha.

 

These guys are good. They do the little things for their customers that finnicky people, such as myself, appreciate. Getting those tracking numbers out ASAP, constantly communicating, and delivering a product on or before schedule is fantastic. I will be looking to them soon for certain things my sedan needs. I've already used them for my camber kit and I am completely satisfied with the experience.

 

I only order from THmotorsports if I can help it. They always give you a play by play on your order and their customer service is outstanding!(Nick is the ****) They are by far the most professional parts company that I have dealt with. They will be getting ALL of my business...A++++ for sure.

 

Same here I order my hks for 1399 shipped you can't beat that and my spc camber kit front and rear. I will do bizness with them in the future.

 

While I haven't ordered from them yet, I do know that from my few communications with them, their customer service rocks.

THMotorsports hands down is one of the best vendors on driver. Ordered a clutch and flywheel kit, and have nothing but good things to say about their customer service.

Just ordered my springs from Adam from TH. really helpful guy.

 

I was told Adam was no longer there..I ordered my Tokico Blues from him...Got to the door hella quick...

 

+1 on these guys. Got my stance coilovers from them with A+ customer service.

 

Just found that out lol. I guess he's doing his own thing. Still a vender.

 

My GF tried to order me a Walbro 255lph fuel pump through you guys today...for some reason you wanted a copy of her ID and her Credit card?? seems pretty ****ing sketchy to me

 

Phone or online? I've never been asked for any of that info. Maybe she was trying to order from someone claiming to be THM? Since this thread, ive ordered from THM about a dozen more times (literally) and have yet to be disappointed.

 

Well.since Adam has left their customer service has gone down hill.. Also raised prices on their brake rotors...
