Alright, hopefully Baus and whatever Vendors took a look at this thread realized how many complaints their customers have had and maybe they will do something to fix it for the future.

 

^if memory serves me right one of the same 5 fk ups will create another company and provide good service in the beginning to establish itself and become the "savior" only to fk up again and the cycle continues. thats what baus was when strafe was fking up.

 

So, I did what I thought was a fair amount of research. I found bad reviews for Strafe, and Baus, but never saw any negative comments towards CBK. I did find a few positives however. Being new here and everything, I assumed CBK would be reliable considering they are a vendor here. At first when I was asking Ed questions, he was quick to reply, and answered all my questions, so I went ahead with the purchase of a poly Inven front bumper and carbon splitter. Now that he got almost $700 of mine, he wont reply to me anymore. I did however get a FedEx tracking number the night after he told me he got my payment. Tracking the package, all it says is a shipment of a 25 lb. package has been initiated.I'm not really sure what to think, but after reading all of this, I'm pretty damn scared. I hope paypal will back me up on this.....

At which point learn the lesson of others: Don't waste time trying to let them sort it out even if it sounds like they'll meet you in the middle. You'll end up in the middle, standing around waiting and they won't show.

 

When did he say it would be shipped? When purchasing from vendors here, I usually give them a little bit of breathing room. I'd say 7-10 days beyond their promised date is plenty. If you still don't see any change in that fedex shipping, get your money back.

 

He said it would be here in 7 days. I ordered Wed. night, so I know it is still well within that time frame, but after reading this, and not getting any replies since he got my money, I'm kind of worried, maybe too paranoid....

 

Give it a week then go from there.
