^idk, howd he do it before? baus is a one man show? if he is i would assume he spends the day getting **** shipped. after shipping period has pass, answer emails and pms? thats bout how id do things

And since you have the answers, why don't you start your own bodykit business?

^lmao good reply. but i sure for one wouldnt have some "friend" who doesnt even work with or for me picking up my communication slack. what the hell kinda mickey mouse operation is this?

He's in the process of getting people who will be replying to forums on a full time basis.

And what's wrong with someone helping out a friend?

Stop repeating questions and making comments that have been replied to.

JBF, I see no reason why you are handling Eric's account. Be it temporary or not, you are not a paying vendor to handle his business. Just as Strafe/Law was not allowed to have others handle his account, BAUS/Eric is to do the same. Like stated above, if Eric can pass a message to you, he can post just as easily via phone etc. Sometimes a simple update on the status of a purchase can put a customer at ease.

A lot of hippocracy here. Seems a bit biased and unfair to say the least.

SEMA or not, I hope Eric gets back to his usual great customer service. I'm glad he's taken the correct steps to rectify the issues.
