Seems like a lot of negative feedback lately so I'll give some thumbs up to Phil @ Grubbs Infiniti and the guys at Import Parts Pro.

Last week I started talking to Phil @ Grubbs about some interior pieces and a new window motor, he communicates extremely well, went above and beyond to track down the correct interior pieces through the schematics, pictures and service manuals, and worked his butt off to make sure he had the right part numbers for me. I placed my order on Monday afternoon and Phil said I "should have it by Friday" which typically means some time the following week, but sure enough Wednesday afternoon (two days after placing the order) it arrived on my doorstep and worked out perfectly. Will definitely do business with Phil again, this was my first order from him but won't be the last. Thumbs up, and thanks Phil.

Import Parts Pro: I've bought stuff from Kyle in the past and always like working with him. Usually I'm in contact via phone or email to try to haggle out the best price possible but it's been a busy week so I figured I'd just order off the website and see what happens. I needed a set of SPL toe bars for the rear and didn't think there'd be much wiggle room, IPP's always got good prices as is and it was a fairly cheap part. Placed the order Monday afternoon around 4:30 eastern, within 5 minutes had a UPS tracking number, 90 minutes after placing the order it was already in the hands of UPS and is out for delivery today. IPP's communication has always been good when I asked for input or had questions, their service is amazing even without asking anything. Hopefully will have the cash for some of the bigger purchases I have in mind soon and will definitely go through IPP again.
