#61
Go ahead. Post whatever you want. But there are posts showing your interest in doing business with Baus.
And no...I didn't offer you a deal. I offered to get you a quote. Don't get it twisted.

The thing is, it is this forums greedy owners that are mostly to blame. IB doesnt care about anyone as long as they get their cut and able to keep THEIR reputation in tact enough to make said cut. What IB is doing to attempt to contact the vendor and actually getting something done is all stage play to make us think they care. Because I guarantee no one will be getting their money back as a direct result of IB's actions nor will they be opening their pocket book to pursue anything. This is not the first time that Eric was a vendor on this site. Years ago he took a month worth of orders and just bailed with the money after suspicions were being publicly voiced only to pop up a year later as a vendor under another name and he wasnt being deceptive about it either. Everyone knew erikisklumzyee was back at it. Now we have a repeat..
The sites appointed mods and admin that arent affiliated with IB have no say in the final decision what happens in this type of situation, which should tell you something. The decision is made by IB and dictated down the line. All decisions are made from a revenue perspective. Thats what happens when you sell out to a company "internet brands". You would think with the amount of forums they own they would have a set approach when dealing with these types of things other than "he wont pick up the phone" What a joke.
I count myself very lucky as I placed an order for two bumpers a couple months ago as they were the only vendor to go to, and a few days later ran across the fit forum and the problems they were having. Brought that to his attention immediately so I am guessing he fulfilled my order because his status on g35driver was still fine then and probably wanted to get as many orders completed before news got out.
I was very impressed with the quality of the bumpers and the packaging. In hind sight I am now very glad I didnt come back here to praise them and get more people scammed out of their money!
Good luck to those seeking recourse!

I live like 20mins from their company site and a member on here has been hooking me up with any parts i need from baus auto. I haven't had any fitment issues or ordering issues, maybe cause im local and avoid the shipping headaches. I vouch for them.

You still vouch for them after reading all the pages and posts? Vouching is to praise and give your word that you back up good business practices. It's funny how I called pretending to want to purchase parts for a different car and people were glad to help me but my boy can't get a response for a transaction that happened over 6 months ago. It's easy to go and pick up a bumper or even test fit before purchasing, look at Joseph here who is also local and all he wants is his painted lip back that has already been paid for? So Baus Auto should be a local non shipping company and only sell what they have in stock? I guess that's what you vouch for..

Oh yeah? You mean the ones from 3-10 MONTHS AGO when they were doing a fantastic job of keeping the lid on things? Yeah! I WANTED to do business with them, as in past tense. A quote, complemented by a "deal" as you put it, is enough fact in itself. Secondly, by vouching for BAUS, signing in on his account to handle PR, and sending out defense PMs all cumulates to one thing, direct association. Funny how once things really go south people scatter away from those they once gave their time and effort to support. My boss once said, "People will always be friendly when you have something they want. But the true judge of character comes when things go wrong and their back is against the wall." I don't believe you're a bad person per se, however, by standing along side BAUS you deserve what came to you.
Don't try to twist it.
Don't try to twist it.
Allow me to show everyone what was said my last message to you pertaining to this magical "deal" you claim that I have offered you...
That being said, since you do have interest in things, let me know what it is and I can get you a price and a ballpark timeframe for when the order will be filled and shipped. No obligation for payment is asked of you whatsoever right now.

Holy 4ck you guys... time to cease fire on this shi1t already. It's carrying across 2 or 3 different threads now in as many sections. Lessons have been learned- people are still p1ssed off and feeling betrayed and will continue to until we are able to move on.
We're all on the sidelines cheerleading at this point... some have picked sides and others are just swaying at anchor with the wind depending on who is closest to the end zone. There's no objectivity left and the subjective commentary is getting old.
