I would like to say thanks to the guys at Concept Z Performance. I had sent them an email on a Sunday evening asking some questions and was shocked to have gotten a response a few hours later. Simply I was looking for some new front splash guards for my G35 coupe and some random hardware like clips/screws.

They ended up being one of the only places that had my color pre-painted. When I recieved the splash guards they were for the sport sides which I don't have. They quickly responded and sent me the non sport ones without me sending back the wrong ones first.

Once I got the correct splash guards I noticed they had sent me a return label to send back the wrong ones which was really nice.

Overall a great transaction and they were more than willing to answer my hundred questions. lol.

Yeah, concept z is the best. Kinetix has really great customer service like that too. They'll answer emails really quickly and do what they can to help you. CZP actually contacted me before sending my order to make sure it was correct because it was kind of an unusual order. That was cool, cuz they totally could have sent it without caring, but they wanted to make sure I didn't accidently add too many items to my cart. Cool guys.
